Interactive-Initiatives, LLC. is a company that focuses on issues related to children, mothers and education. Interactive-initiatives.com was formed to act as an intermediary for the sale of products developed by Interactive-Initiatives, LLC. This company was built on the premise that knowledge-based information and service are very important aspects for helping mothers cope with motherhood. Focus groups and discussion groups were very instrumental in developing the products highlighted on interactive-initiatives.com.

Having been an educator and a mother, I know the importance resources can play in both areas. As one who dealt with many resources in both areas, I envisioned taking that concept, along with focus groups and discussion groups to provide a fundamental source incorporating the "old" with the "new" of motherhood. The booklets written by staff at Interactive-Initiatives, LLC. are a resource dedicated to raising awareness on issues and barriers facing mothers and children today. And, they are a resource to help enlighten mothers on practical and realistic aspects of childrearing and childcare. A "from the source" tone differentiates these booklets from others that focus on motherhood and childcare.

Having been and educator and a mother brings to light so many different aspects on education, parents and children. Motherhood is a very rewarding yet very challenging. Having had the experience of always going places with my children, toddlers especially, and knowing the importance of discipline and play, my children were always entertained and busy, engaged in activities I would carry in a bag. Knowing that little ones are not only full of energy but curious and stubborn, I made sure that their time away from home was time well spent with activities that kept them busy. I did not want my children yelling, climbing, squirming and running around disturbing others. Because they were engaged and entertained, we were able to enjoy those outings whether it be to the doctor's office or the restaurant for a bite to eat. And, we never thought twice about venturing out to different places for I knew there was always that "bag of activities" in the trunk that I could take with me. Thus, the design and development of the "Keep Me Busy Bag" came to be.

Having made Bunting Sets for family and friends, it was suggested that I incorporate the Bunting Set as one of the product sectors of the company. After much coaxing and encouragement, Interactive-Initiatives, LLC incorporated the Bunting Set product under the “from the heart” label. As a volunteer in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at a major hospital, I know the importance of holding, cuddling and keeping a newborn warm and secure. I knew from past experiences that the components in the Bunting Set kept newborns cuddled and warm in many different places...the crib, bed, couch, bassinet, car, outings. Thus, the Bunting Set has emerged as another product highlighted by Interactive-Initiatives, LLC.

Interactive-Initiatives, LLC. believes that all children are priceless little human beings. One of our goals is not only continuing to volunteer time in the Neonatal ward in hospitals, but provide funding to help find cures to illnesses and diseases that inflict newborns and infants. Another goal of Interactive-Initiatives, LLC is to start an education fund to target early learning intervention for children in the primary grades. Our success as a company guarantees a child's future success.
