The Set One Series consists of three booklets that focus on key aspects of mothering, babysitting, and keeping infants and toddlers active, busy and learning.  The booklets are meant to spark interest and discussion on issues related to today's mother, childcare, and children.  The first in a series of booklets IICS, has taken a different approach to generating information on these topics. We compare the mother and child of today with the mother and child of yesterday. We provide information based on the realities others see and discuss today.  Not everyone who reads the booklets will agree with the content.  But if reading these booklets initiates discussion on any issue mentioned, then there may be some hope for the children of today and the children of the future.
