There is always a cost for shipping. Interactive-Initiatives, LLC. does not hide this cost in the price of the item. We feel that you save the most if the exact shipping cost is billed as an extra charge instead of charging a flat fee that may be more than what shipping will actually cost. We are working very hard to provide the lowest shipping costs.

Our shipping method is simple and hassle-free. We currently offer USPS and UPS as our preferred carrier. UPS ground delivers Monday through Friday.  Ground residential delivery times are estimated. If a specific delivery date is required, please select express shipping service. We will help in any way we can to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

Order shipments originate from Illinois. Order's do not enter "shipped" status until USPS or UPS physically picks the package(s) up from the warehouse. Your order will be processed and shipped as fast as possible. There is typically a 7-10 day turnaround from the time interactive-initiatives.com receives your order and payment. Selecting express shipping services does not alter the turnaround time. It only expedites the shipping time. If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order for 10 days. If an order is still unable to be filled within those 10 days, a customer service representative will contact you with a time frame as to when you can expect your order.

All shipments to Canada will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground Service. Any duties, customs fees or taxes are the responsibilities of the customer. Please contact your local Canadian Customs Office since we are unable to calculate these costs.

Shipments with Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and P.O. Box destinations incur the standard UPS ground shipping charge but ship via USPS.

We do not ship internationally.

You may ship to multiple addresses. A separate shipping charge will be added for each delivery address requested.

Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once returned orders due to incorrect addresses are received in our warehouse, a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price minus the shipping charge will be applied. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to new shipping charges. Customers who refuse package delivery will be responsible for shipping costs incurred by IICS. This policy is necessary in order to provide you with the lowest possible shipping rates. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track it using the tracking number emailed to you. If you experience any shipping delays, please contact customer service at cservice@interactive-initiatives.com. There are situations beyond our control that may delay delivery such as weather and delivery error. We will do our best to make sure you receive your order in a reasonable time frame.   

We want you to be satisfied with the products and services you purchase at interactive-initiatives.com. However, products and services are not refundable. Merchandise damaged during shipping will be exchanged. In order to exchange the merchandise it:

  • Must be returned with all original packaging
  • Must be in unused condition
